🛍 Orders & Payments

Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: COD is not available for made-to-order products unless explicitly specified. We offer full payment, EMI, and SmartPay options, depending on eligibility.

Q: What is Aurium SmartPay?
A: SmartPay allows you to pay only the metal price upfront and pay the making charges + GST at delivery, or split the total 50/50. Terms are explained during checkout.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All made-to-order jewelry takes a minimum of 10–12 working days for crafting before dispatch. Delivery then takes 2–6 business days based on location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For special requests, contact our support team.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, shipping across India is free of charge.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
A: Returns are accepted within 40 days of delivery for made-to-order jewelry only if there is a valid reason. All returns must pass inspection and approval.

Q: How are refunds processed?
A: If your return is approved, a portion of the price will be deducted for materials and craftsmanship. The rest is refunded.

Q: Can I exchange or modify my product instead of returning it?
A: Yes. We prefer resolving concerns through repairs, modifications, or exchanges. Refunds are considered a last resort.

Q: Are bespoke or custom-made products returnable?
A: No. Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is found.


🛠 Repairs & Resizing

Q: What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
A: We offer free repairs for transit-related damage. Just send photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Q: Do you provide repair services over time?
A: Yes. We offer lifetime repair assistance for accidental damage or wear & tear at minimal cost, depending on the nature of repair.

Q: Can I get my ring resized?
A:

  • One free resizing is offered within 15 days for rings above ₹1,00,000.

  • For others, resizing is available at a nominal fee (subject to design feasibility).

  • Some designs, like full-eternity or tech-enabled rings, may not be resizable.

Q: What warranty do you offer?
A:

  • Gold & Diamond Jewelry: 1-year warranty

  • Silver Jewelry: 6-month warranty

  • Aurium Members: Lifetime warranty on gold & diamond jewelry

Q: What is not covered under warranty?
A: Warranty excludes:

  • Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse

  • Third-party modifications

  • Loss of components

  • Improper storage or care

Q: How should I care for my Aurium jewelry?

A:

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or water

Store each piece separately in the provided box or pouch

Clean gently with a soft cloth

Avoid harsh chemicals, especially for oxidized or tech-enabled pieces

Q: Are all your products made-to-order?
A: Yes, unless marked as “Ready to Ship,” all jewelry is made-to-order. Please allow 10–12 working days for production.

Q: Can I customize a design or place a bespoke order?
A: Absolutely! Aurium specializes in bespoke designs. However, once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless defective.

A: Aurium is launching jewelry with proximity sensors, wireless features, and emotional interaction. By pre-ordering, you acknowledge that specs and timelines may evolve.

Q: Why do prices change daily?
A: Our prices reflect real-time gold, silver, and gemstone rates. The price at the time of your purchase is what you’ll pay, regardless of later fluctuations.

Q: Are there legal requirements for high-value orders?
A: Yes. For orders exceeding ₹2,00,000, your PAN is required as per Government of India regulations.

Q: Which laws govern my purchase?
A: All purchases are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of West Bengal.
