. Payment Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for made-to-order products unless explicitly specified.

  • Full payment is required to initiate processing of your order unless you opt for an EMI plan or eligible subscription option.

  • EMI and SmartPay options are subject to approval and terms outlined during checkout.

. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • After this window, orders enter production and can no longer be canceled.

. Delivery Timeline

  • All made-to-order jewelry requires 10–12 working days for crafting and dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on design complexity, customization, or product exclusivity.

  • You will be notified in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

. Pricing Policy

At Aurium, our prices are transparently calculated based on the current market rates of precious metals & gemstones, ensuring you receive the best possible value for every piece.

As gold, silver & gemstone prices fluctuate daily, our product prices may also vary accordingly. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged, regardless of any future changes.

We reserve the right to revise our prices without prior notice in response to market dynamics or material costs.

. Warranty Policy

  • Gold & Diamond Jewelry: Covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • Silver Jewelry: Covered under a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • Aurium Members enjoy an exclusive Lifetime Warranty on gold & diamond jewelry as part of their subscription benefits.

  • The complimentary manufacturing warranty may be claimed once per product during the warranty period. Any additional repairs or services thereafter will be subject to applicable service charges.
Exclusions (apply to all products):

Warranty does not cover:

  • Regular wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Negligence or improper storage

  • Damage caused by third-party modifications or resizing

  • Loss or theft

  • Loss of diamonds, gemstones, or components

  • Failure to follow our care and handling instructions

. Repair Assistance

  • We offer free repairs for any transit-related damage, provided photo or video proof is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For all other concerns, we provide lifetime repair support at nominal charges, based on the nature of the repair.

. Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

Use of this website and all transactions conducted through it shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

By using this site, you agree that the courts located in West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to your use of the website or purchases made from Aurium.

As per Government of India regulations, customers must provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000.

. Use of the Website

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content, including but not limited to logos, product designs, names, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Aurium or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

. Product Nature and Availability

Most of Aurium’s jewelry is made-to-order, unless explicitly marked as “Ready to Ship.” As such, please allow a minimum of 10–12 working days for manufacturing before dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and customizations requested.

. Bespoke & Customized Orders

Aurium offers bespoke design services. Once a custom order is confirmed and work begins, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.

. Tech-Enabled Jewelry (Coming Soon)

Aurium is introducing tech-integrated jewelry featuring proximity sensors, wireless connectivity, and emotional response features. By pre-ordering or registering interest, you agree that features and delivery dates may be subject to change based on development timelines.

. Limitation of Liability

Aurium shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use this website or products purchased, including technical malfunctions, delays, or interruptions. In case of payment failure, Aurium is not responsible if the transaction is declined by your bank due to preset limits or authorization issues.

. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

  • Standard items may be eligible for return or exchange as per Aurium’s return policy.

  • Bespoke and customized orders are non-returnable.

  • Tech-enabled jewelry and products containing electronics will carry a limited warranty, the terms of which will be provided with the product.

. Conflict of Terms

Where a conflict arises between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific policy or module of the site (e.g. shipping policy, return policy), the specific terms of that module shall apply.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Shipping Policy – Aurium

1. Production Time

Most Aurium pieces are made-to-order, requiring a minimum of 10–12 working days for production. Complex or bespoke designs may take longer, and timelines will be communicated accordingly.

2. Shipping Time & Charges

  • Shipping across India is free.

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days based on location.

  • A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the item ships.

3. Ready-to-Ship Items

Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Aurium does not ship internationally. For special requests, please contact our customer service.

5. Delays

Unforeseen delays due to courier issues, strikes, or natural disruptions may occur. We will notify you proactively in such cases.

. Product Care & Resizing

Resizing Policy

  • Free Resizing for Premium Products: Aurium offers one complimentary resizing within 15 days of delivery for rings priced above ₹1,00,000 (inclusive of taxes). This applies only to solitaire and premium rings that are structurally eligible for resizing.

  • All Other Rings: Resizing for rings priced below ₹1,00,000 is available anytime for a nominal fee, subject to design feasibility.

  • Shipping Terms: Customers are responsible for securely shipping the ring to our facility. Aurium covers return shipping post-resizing for all eligible cases.

  • Exclusions: Resizing is not possible for certain intricate, full-eternity, tension-set, or tech-enabled designs. These limitations will be specified at the time of purchase if applicable.

Aurium Lifetime Exchange Program

  • Aurium offers its customers a Lifetime Exchange Program (“Program”) to ensure long-term value and trust in every purchase. By participating in this Program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Eligibility

    1.1. The Program is applicable only to jewelry purchased directly from Aurium (official website, authorized stores, or official marketplace listings).
    1.2. A valid original invoice and product authentication certificate (where applicable) must be presented at the time of exchange.
    1.3. The Program is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

    2. Exchange Value

    2.1. Gold Jewelry – Exchange value shall be calculated at the prevailing market rate of gold (for the net weight of pure gold content, as determined after testing) on the date of exchange.
    2.2. Silver Jewelry – Exchange value shall be calculated at the prevailing market rate of silver (for the net weight of pure silver content, as determined after testing) on the date of exchange.
    2.3. Diamond Jewelry

    • Natural Diamonds: Exchange value shall be based on current market rate for diamonds of equivalent quality, subject to quality verification.

    • Lab-Grown Diamonds (Aurium Celestial Diamonds): Exchange value shall be provided at 50-80% of the invoiced value of the diamonds, subject to quality verification.
      2.4. Gemstones – Exchange value shall be determined at Aurium’s sole discretion, subject to quality verification.

    3. Deductions

    3.1. Making charges, design charges, customization fees, hallmarking, certification costs, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable and will not be considered in exchange value.
    3.2. In cases where jewelry requires melting, stone removal, or additional processing for evaluation, a nominal service charge may be deducted.

    4. Condition of Jewelry

    4.1. The jewelry must be physically returned in its original form. Damaged, altered, repaired, or tampered products (by non-Aurium sources) will not be eligible for exchange.
    4.2. The final weight and purity shall be determined after testing in Aurium’s authorized facilities. The customer accepts Aurium’s testing results as final and binding.

    5. Program Limitations

    5.1. Exchange is available only against the purchase of new jewelry from Aurium of equal or higher value. Cash refunds are not permitted under this Program.
    5.2. The Program does not apply to promotional, discounted, or clearance products unless explicitly mentioned on the invoice.
    5.3. Aurium reserves the right to revise, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
    5.4. In case of dispute, Aurium’s decision shall be final and binding.

    6. Fraud & Misuse

    6.1. Any attempt to misuse the Program, including but not limited to forged invoices, counterfeit products, or fraudulent claims, will result in immediate disqualification.
    6.2. Aurium reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of fraud.

    7. Jurisdiction

    This Program shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, westbengal.

    8. How to Apply for Exchange

    8.1. Customers must raise an Exchange Request only through the following official channels:

    • WhatsApp

    • Official Emails

    8.2. At the time of request, the customer must provide:

    • Order/invoice number

    • Clear photographs of the jewelry

    • Copy of authenticity certificate (if applicable)

    8.3. Aurium’s customer care team will acknowledge the request and share instructions for secure submission of the product (either via approved shipping partner or at an authorized Aurium location, if available).

    8.4. Customers are responsible for safe packaging of the jewelry. Aurium is not liable for any damage or loss during transit if the customer does not use Aurium’s recommended logistics partner.

    8.5. Once the product is received, it will undergo quality and purity verification. The final exchange value will be confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp/email) before the new purchase is processed.

    9. SmartPay Price Lock:

    Your 50% upfront payment locks the metal weight at today’s rate. Minor price fluctuations (up to ₹1,000) are absorbed by Aurium. Only extraordinary market movements beyond this threshold are adjusted at final billing.
