Aurium Return & Refund Policy

At Aurium, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with precision, emotion, and individuality — made exclusively for you. While each creation is made-to-order, we understand that rare situations may arise where a return or refund is needed.
Our policy is designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and respectful process.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 40 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The jewelry is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • It is returned in the original packaging with all certificates and invoices.

  • The item is not a custom or bespoke design (unless found defective or damaged in transit).

We encourage exchanges over returns — to help you find a design you truly love.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return procedure step-by-step.

3. Return Method

  • Returns can be made by mail only (no in-store returns currently).

  • All items must be securely packed and insured during transit.

  • Aurium will provide a downloadable return shipping label, but the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

In case of defective or damaged-in-transit products, Aurium covers all return shipping costs.

4. Product Condition

Returned items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition.

  • Not showing any signs of wear, scratches, alteration, or external repair.

  • Include the original invoice, packaging, and certificate of authenticity.

Items failing quality inspection will not qualify for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer.

5. Fees & Deductions

To maintain fairness and transparency:

  • A restocking/deduction fee of 15–30% may apply to made-to-order jewelry to cover material and craftsmanship costs.

  • The exact fee (if applicable) will be communicated before refund confirmation.

  • Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return passes inspection and is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are considered only after exchange or repair options have been declined.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Aurium will arrange free repair or replacement, including return shipping and re-delivery.

8. Packaging & Safety

Always use secure, tamper-proof packaging as provided or approved by Aurium to ensure safe return transit.
Improper packaging may void return eligibility if the item is damaged during shipment.
