Q: What is Aurium SmartPay?
A: Aurium Smart Pay allows you to purchase your favourite jewelry by paying just 50% upfront, with the remaining amount payable later. This flexible payment option reduces the burden of full upfront cost, making premium designs more accessible. It is designed to offer convenience, affordability, and a smoother buying experience without compromising on quality.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All made-to-order jewelry takes a minimum of 10–12 working days for crafting before dispatch. Delivery then takes 2–6 business days based on location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For special requests, contact our support team.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, shipping across India is free of charge.

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
A: Returns are accepted within 40 days of delivery for made-to-order jewelry only if there is a valid reason. All returns must pass inspection and approval.
Q: How are refunds processed?
A: If your return is approved, a portion of the price will be deducted for materials and craftsmanship. The rest is refunded.
Q: Can I exchange or modify my product instead of returning it?
A: Yes. We prefer resolving concerns through repairs, modifications, or exchanges. Refunds are considered a last resort.
Q: Are bespoke or custom-made products returnable?
A: No. Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Q: What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
A: We offer free repairs for transit-related damage. Just send photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Q: Do you provide repair services over time?
A: Yes. We offer lifetime repair assistance for accidental damage or wear & tear at minimal cost, depending on the nature of repair.
Q: Can I get my ring resized?

We understand how important color is — especially when it comes to fancy-colored diamonds. That’s why we go beyond standard sourcing.
At Aurium, we have access to over 12 million actively listed diamonds through our trusted global partners, giving us the ability to handpick only the most vibrant, best-in-market stones for every design.
We use high-quality renders crafted under ideal lighting conditions to reflect the intended color as closely as possible. However, due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and natural stone characteristics, minor differences may occur.
That said, we ensure the diamond you receive will always meet or exceed your expectations, with color accuracy within ±5% of the rendered image.
