Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 40 days of delivery for made-to-order jewelry, provided there is a valid reason.

Approval & Inspection: All return requests are subject to inspection and approval to ensure the item is unworn and in original condition.

Refund Terms: In case of an approved return, a portion of the total price will be deducted, accounting for materials and craftsmanship invested in the piece. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Preferred Resolution: Wherever possible, we aim to resolve concerns through repairs, modifications, or exchanges. Refunds are considered a last resort, only if no other resolution is feasible.
Repairs

Transit Damage: If your jewelry arrives damaged due to shipping, we offer free repairs—just provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.

General Repairs: We offer lifetime repair assistance for wear, tear, or accidental damage, charged at minimal cost, depending on the nature of the repair.
