Aurium Exchange Policy

At Aurium, every piece of jewelry carries emotion, craftsmanship, and story. While our creations are made to last a lifetime, we understand that preferences may evolve. That’s why we offer a lifetime exchange policy — because we want your jewelry to grow with you.

1. Lifetime Exchange Eligibility

You can exchange your Aurium jewelry anytime in the future for a new design, provided that:

• The new jewelry is of equal or higher value than the piece being exchanged.

• The original piece is in good condition and accompanied by a valid purchase invoice or certificate of authenticity.

• The jewelry is a genuine Aurium product and has not been tampered with, altered, or repaired by external sources.

Aurium reserves the right to inspect and authenticate every item before confirming eligibility for exchange.

2. Exchange Value

• The current market value of the exchanged jewelry will be determined after material and quality verification.

• The entire value of silver/gold weight (after purity check) will be adjusted toward your new purchase.

• In cases where the exchanged jewelry contains Celestial Diamonds (lab-grown) or gemstones, their value will be calculated based on current rates and condition.

Design or craftsmanship charges from the original item may not be fully redeemable.

3. Exchange Process

   Initiate your exchange via WhatsApp or email with product details and images.

2. Inspection & Valuation
   Our team will review your request and share the estimated exchange value.

3. Selection & Adjustment
   Choose your new Aurium design. If it’s higher in value, you’ll only pay the difference.

4. Shipping & Logistics

   • Aurium will provide a downloadable shipping label for secure packaging and insured transit.

   • The customer bears the return shipping cost for exchange processing.

4. Condition of Product

To ensure authenticity and quality, exchanged jewelry must be:

• In its original form, it is free from breakage or missing components.

• Unaltered by external jewelers or third parties.

• Returned with its original certificate, packaging, and invoice.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Custom or bespoke designs crafted exclusively on request.

• Jewelry modified or engraved with personalized names/messages.

• Items showing damage, wear, or alteration after delivery.
